The Longer Version

Jack was born in Illinois and raised in Tennessee. He was an early learner and started college at the age of 15 at the University of Iowa. He eventually graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Jack has been successful in a number of different careers. After college, he was recruited by a startup retail hardware company and along with other hardworking and visionary people, helped this company to grow to over $1 Billion dollars in sales in under 6 years. Jack was also involved in the successful IPO of this company.

He started, owned and operated a successful headhunting and staffing company. After only 3 and ½ years, this company was receiving national attention and Jack accepted a very lucrative buyout offer.

Jack has been an executive coach since 1989 and has also worked as a business consultant and seminar leader since 1994. He was a sales group leader for Dale Carnegie for 8 years where he helped to train hundreds of salespeople in virtually every line of work. He was also an assistant to Anthony Robbins…the world’s most successful and well known business and life coach and is a master of the technology behind much of what Tony teaches…Neurolinguistic Programming or NLP.

Jack was successful enough at his various ventures that he was able to retire and retire well, for nearly 10 years, while he was just 35 years old. He stayed very active during this early retirement with world travel, living and learning in foreign countries, scuba, flying private planes, sailing and most proudly…parenthood!

Jack doesn’t want you to think that he has not made errors in his business career. He has certainly made more than his share of mistakes. Underestimating the importance of corporate politics in his early career, starting a company without a fully evolved business plan and inadequate working capital and being forced to scramble from day one, entering into partnerships without a fully developed shared vision, working without a coach…Jack has made these mistakes and many more. He has learned tremendously from each mistake though, this is part of his ethic, and he brings the expertise gained from these past errors into his current work.

He works today as an Executive Coach, a Business Consultant, a Seminar Leader and an Author.

Jack has successfully worked with more than 300 of the Fortune 500 companies, thousands of business executives in large and small companies and he has consulted with hundreds of small companies.

Jack’s goals for his clients are always the same:
•To help his clients become completely clear on what they want and why they want it.
•To help them get past whatever issues may be between them and their dreams.
•To help them achieve their wonderful goals as quickly and elegantly as possible.
•And finally, to make sure that his clients always have a great time, a blast, along the way.
