Cheyenne Frontier Days 2007
I love the American West. Playing Cowboy, horses, ranches, chuckwagon food…all of these things are a blast to me. Since I live in the city, I do not get enough of being a cowboy to satisfy me. That is why, most years since 1976, you will find me in Cheyenne Wyoming part of every July at Cheyenne Frontier Days. What a hoot!
Rodeos, great country music (and that is not a mistaken combination of words!), grilled and barbecued everything and all of the rides you need to really get sick to your stomach trying to keep up with your kids…it is all here.
Expect it hot though. I have gone to this event many times, and this year was the first year that the heat did not reach at least 90. Thank you to the rain the day before and the clouds the day I was there. Till next time…Jack…aka: Urbancowboy!
